Chihuahua's Ichdii Unveils August Childcare Training Schedule

The State Government of Chihuahua, through the Instituto Chihuahuense de Desarrollo Integral Infantil (Ichdii), released a calendar of training activities for August aimed at directors, educators and caregivers of childcare centers across the state. Secretary of Human Development and Common Good Jesús Carrillo said the initiative will raise the quality of services offered to families.

Courses will be delivered both virtually via the Aprende.org platform and in‑person in the institute’s three zones. In the North zone, sessions include “Emotions: Expression of Life and Growth” (Grupo 9) and “Crecer Juntos” (Grupo 11) sponsored by Fundación Carlos Slim, as well as an Early Autism Indicators workshop by Ichisam and an ABC Parenting Workshop by the State DIF. The Central zone offers additional “Crecer Juntos” sessions, another Early Autism Indicators class, and a workshop on preventing child sexual abuse. The Southern zone features a virtual “Finanzas para Mujeres” program, a hygienic food‑handling course by Coespris, and further “Crecer Juntos” sessions.
