Chiikawa franchise announces new manga volume and fashion collaboration

The popular manga series ‘Chiikawa: Nanka Chiisakute Kawaii Yatsu’ by illustrator Nagano is seeing significant new releases. Kodansha has announced that the ninth volume of the manga will be released on November 20, 2026. This release includes a special edition featuring a ‘postcard book’ containing 24 postcards and one sticker, with a cover illustrated by Nagano.

In addition to the manga release, the fashion brand CITEN is launching a special collaboration collection featuring Chiikawa artwork. The collection, which includes satin and velour loungewear, tote bags, padded PC cases, and various pouches, is scheduled to go on sale starting September 15, 2026, at CITEN stores, their EC site, and select locations like Chiikawa Land.
