Chikyu no Arukikata to release Adachi City guidebook

Chikyu no Arukikata, a subsidiary of Gakken Holdings, has announced the release of ‘Chikyu no Arukikata Adachi City’, scheduled for publication on September 17, 2026. This 368-page guidebook is the fourth installment in the publisher's series focusing on Tokyo's 23 wards.

The book aims to provide an in-depth look at Adachi City, covering seven distinct areas. Key features include historical sites such as Nishiarai Daishi, local culinary specialties, a comprehensive guide to the district's 23 public bathhouses (sento), and information on the Adachi Market. Additionally, the guide explores local parks, shopping streets, and cultural connections to famous Japanese media works set in the area.
