Child rescued after near-drowning at Tempi beach

A seven-year-old child was rescued after being pulled from the sea unconscious at a beach in the Tempi Municipality on Sunday morning. The child was swimming with his parents when the incident occurred.

Lifeguards on duty immediately performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), which successfully restored the child's consciousness. Following the emergency intervention, the boy was transported to the Larissa University General Hospital for further medical evaluation and care.
