Children's Month Festivities Launch in Mauritius and Argentina

The Teatro de San Francisco in San Francisco del Monte de Oro, Mauritius, will run a special Children’s Month program beginning Thursday, 6 August. The lineup includes the magic show “Un Mago en Apuros” starring magician Leo Funes at 18:30, followed by “Locuras en el Circo” by the Circo de la Mancha the next evening. Tickets cost 5 000 MUR each, with a promotion of three tickets for 12 000 MUR. The events are organized by Gramilla Producciones together with the local cultural centre.

In Río Grande, Argentina, the Agencia de Innovación Fueguina, through the provincial Secretaría de Cultura, is hosting “Exploria”, a free two‑day weekend event on 8‑9 August at the Centro Cultural Yaganes. Families can explore themed universes such as an ocean, mountains, a fluorescent tunnel, a Pac‑Man maze, and a cinema space, as well as art workshops, literary activities, and short‑film screenings at the Museo Fueguino de Arte “Nini Bernardello”. The program aims to celebrate childhood with creative, sensory, and recreational activities for children and their families.
