Caja Los Andes, in partnership with Cultura Capital, launched a 2026 regional cultural circuit that will bring established stage productions—including the musical “Morir de Amor,” “Un tranvía llamado deseo,” and a tribute to Jorge González—to multiple cities such as Antofagasta, Viña del Mar, Talca, Concepción and Temuco. Each performance is accompanied by free workshops and cultural mediation activities, aiming to reach roughly 11,500 participants nationwide.

The XXXVII Temporales Internacionales de Teatro extended its festival beyond the main venue in Puerto Montt, offering 14 free shows in schools, community centers and the Hospital of Puerto Montt, as well as in Calbuco. The program presented works like “¿Amigos? ¿Amantes?” and “Esperando la carroza,” targeting families, students and local residents who seldom attend theatrical events. Both initiatives seek to broaden access to the performing arts and strengthen community engagement throughout Chile.
