Chile faces predicted social and political upheaval as astrologer warns of lunar shifts

Astrologer Consuelo Ulloa, formerly of the Miau Astral platform, told La Cuarta that the recent movement of the lunar nodes into Leo and Aquarius marks a period of deep transformation for Chile. She explained that “los Nodos son puntos matemáticos que señalan hacia dónde se dirige nuestra evolución colectiva y personal” and warned that the shift could bring rising poverty, restricted social rights, economic constraints and heightened political tension for President José Antonio Kast, whose leadership may face “meses de dura lucha política.” Ulloa also linked the August 28 eclipse, visible across Latin America, to a “momento de profunda exposición para la nación.”

Separately, La Cuarta published a weekend horoscope for each zodiac sign, noting a calming end to July and encouraging personal reflection as the month turns to August. The horoscopes suggest quiet personal renewal rather than any societal forecast.

Both pieces reflect a cultural focus on astrology as a lens for interpreting upcoming social and personal dynamics in Chile.
