Chile hosts INACAP-CPC 2026 Job Fair to address unemployment

The INACAP-CPC 2026 Job Fair will take place from November 9 to 13, offering thousands of job vacancies across Chile through online and in-person formats. The event aims to connect job seekers with companies from various productive and service sectors across all 16 regions of the country.

The initiative comes as Chile faces rising unemployment, with the National Statistics Institute (INE) reporting an unemployment rate of 9.6% for the June-August 2026 quarter, a 1 percentage point increase from the previous year. Currently, 712 companies have confirmed participation, with 8,022 positions already published.

The fair is a key component of the ‘Cruzada X El Empleo’ campaign, driven by INACAP, the CPC, and Empresas X Chile. This initiative has already facilitated over 3,000 hires and aims to reach a goal of 20,000 new formal jobs.
