Chile launches 2026 community fund programmes for local organisations

Mowi Chile announced the opening of its 2026 Contestable Funds programme, targeting legally established social organisations operating in communes where the company has facilities. Applications are accepted from 6 July to 2 August, with eligibility results announced between 3 and 9 August and final selections published in early September. Funding lines cover Sustainability, Sport and Education, Cultural Heritage, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Health and Well‑being.

The Municipality of Loncoche released the list of projects admitted to its own 2026 Municipal Contestable Fund, thanking more than 60 participating organisations. Projects are classified as admissible or with observations, and a reconsideration and clarification period runs from 14 to 17 July for submitting missing documentation.
