Chile Travel app launched to modernize national tourism

The National Tourism Service (Sernatur) has launched Chile Travel, a new mobile application designed to assist travelers in discovering and planning trips throughout Chile. Available for free on iOS and Android, the platform integrates information from Sernatur-registered services, including accommodations, restaurants, and tour operators, to ensure users access formal and reliable tourism options.

The app utilizes artificial intelligence and geolocation to provide personalized itineraries and destinations based on user preferences. It also features a digital assistant to answer traveler queries and provides quick access to official emergency numbers for ambulances, firefighters, and police. The tool is intended to complement existing official websites by offering a more connected and fluid digital experience for both domestic and international visitors.
