In parallel, the state railway company will run a special "Tren del Recuerdo" departing Santiago’s Estación Central on the evening of May 20. The historic‑carriage train will travel south to Temuco in the Araucanía region, offering families a scenic journey ahead of the May 21 naval holiday. Tickets are available in several categories, ranging from $32,900 to $59,900 Chilean pesos.
