Chile to showcase eight films at San Sebastián Film Festival

Chile will have a significant presence at the 74th San Sebastián International Film Festival, with eight films selected across seven different sections. A delegation of more than 40 professionals will attend to participate in industry spaces and establish international alliances.

Key Chilean entries include ‘Mis muertos tristes’ by Pablo Larraín in the Official Section and ‘Bloques erráticos’ by Thomas Woodroffe in the New Directors section. Other notable participations include Manuela Martelli’s ‘El deshielo’ and Dominga Sotomayor’s ‘La perra’ in Horizontes Latinos. The country’s representation also extends to the Zabaltegi, Perlas, Made in Spain, and Zinemira sections, featuring various international coproductions and short films.
