Key recommendations stress a three‑pronged approach: securing digital identities through strong passwords, multifactor authentication and regular access reviews; continuously training staff to recognize phishing and social‑engineering tactics; and maintaining uninterrupted monitoring of networks to detect threats early, noting that on average it can take more than 185 days for an intrusion to be discovered.
