Chilean courts schedule judicial property auctions in Vallenar and Temuco

Two separate judicial property auctions have been scheduled in Chile for 2026.

The Second Court of Letters of Vallenar has announced an auction for August 27, 2026, involving three lots (614-1, 614-2, and 614-3) from the Estancia Délano subdivision in the Atacama region. The minimum bidding amount is set at 10,351 UF. The auction will be held in person at the court facilities, and bidders must provide a security deposit equivalent to 10% of the minimum bid.

Separately, the Civil Court of Chile Chico has scheduled a remote auction via Zoom for September 4, 2026, regarding a case involving Banco de Crédito e Inversiones. The property for sale is a residence located in the Terranova Condominium in Temuco. The minimum auction price is set at $149,771,548 CLP, with a required 10% participation guarantee.
