Chilean football clubs face potential ownership changes

Ownership changes are unfolding within Chilean football clubs. Reinaldo Sánchez has rejected three separate offers to purchase Santiago Wanderers. The rejected bids reportedly came from a North American group interested in 60% of the shares, a Mexican group, and Brazilian representative Regis Marques.

In a separate development, Deportes Rengo is expected to change hands shortly. Francisco Aguirrese, who currently controls 80% of the club's shares, is set to divest his holdings. The club is currently competing in the liguilla to avoid relegation to Tercera A.
