Chilean housing projects advance in Talca and Bulnes

Chilean authorities have announced progress on significant housing developments in the Maule Region. In Talca, the Vista Oriente 2 project has been completed, providing homes for 96 families. The project, located in the 5 Oriente and 23 Norte sector, involved an investment exceeding $5.6 billion CLP.

In Bulnes, the first stone was laid for the Villa Nueva Aurora mega-project. This initiative, representing an investment of $13.773 billion CLP, aims to provide housing for 216 families. The development will include homes ranging from 54 to 68 square meters, two community centers, and over 3,000 square meters of green space. Officials noted that some families in the Bulnes committee had been waiting for housing solutions for approximately 20 years.
