Chilean Ministry of Economy launches training in Los Ríos
The Chilean Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism is conducting a series of training sessions in the Los Ríos region to strengthen the management and administration capabilities of trade associations and cooperatives.
Led by the Division of Associativity and Cooperatives (DAES), the initiative aims to provide technical tools for improving governance and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations. Sebastián Espinosa, head of DAES, noted that the program is designed to empower organizations through the Regional Cooperative Transfer, Support, and Strengthening Program.
Regional authority Rafael Foradori emphasized that the presence of the ministry's team in Los Ríos supports decentralization efforts by bringing concrete technical assistance directly to local economic leaders and their members.
