Chile and Bogotá launch free Open State training course

The iBO Public Innovation Laboratory of Bogotá and the Government Laboratory of Chile have launched a free course titled ‘Open State Initiatives: From Theory to Practice’. The program is designed to help public servants and interested individuals transform the relationship between public institutions and citizens through transparency, participation, and collaboration.

The course consists of 18 lessons and approximately one hour of video content. It utilizes a methodological guide developed by CEPAL and the Presidential Advisory Commission for Public Integrity and Transparency of Chile. The curriculum covers the definition of an Open State, how to formulate and sustain initiatives, and lessons learned from co-creation experiences.
