Chilean musical performances held in Punta Arenas and San Vicente

A series of cultural musical events took place in Chile, featuring prominent vocalists and choral groups. In Punta Arenas, soprano Verónica Villarroel performed a gala alongside the duo Il Sogno at the Teatro Municipal José Bohr. The free event, funded by the Municipality of Punta Arenas and the Municipal Culture Foundation, combined opera with popular songs to bring high-level lyrical performances to the region.

In San Vicente de Tagua Tagua, the Coro Polifónico de Rancagua performed at the Teatro Municipal de San Vicente. Directed by Sebastián Inostroza, the 35-voice choir presented a repertoire of Chilean and Latin American music, including works by Violeta Parra, Víctor Jara, and Gabriela Mistral. This performance was supported by the O’Higgins Regional Government through the FNDR Municipal Theater Programming fund.
