Chilean pensioners and married couples are eligible for various non-state financial benefits. The ‘Bono Bodas de Plata’ is provided by compensation funds (cajas de compensación) to couples celebrating 25 years of marriage or Civil Union Agreements (AUC). Amounts vary by institution: Caja Los Andes offers $35,000, while Caja Los Héroes, Caja La Araucana, and Caja 18 provide $25,000. Additionally, the ‘Beneficio por Años Cotizados’ (BAC) provides payments based on years of contributions.
