Chilean police arrest man for minor exploitation network

Chilean investigators have arrested a man in Buin for his alleged involvement in a sexual exploitation network targeting minors in Coquimbo. Following a two-month investigation by the Sexual Crimes Brigade (BRISEX) and the Public Ministry, authorities identified the suspect, a naturalized Chilean citizen of Asian origin, for allegedly offering money to adolescents in exchange for sexual services.

The operation included a simultaneous raid on a property in Coquimbo. The suspect is scheduled to appear before the Coquimbo Guarantee Court for a detention control hearing.
