Chilean regional festivals announce musical and gastronomic lineups

Chilean regions are preparing for upcoming gastronomic and musical festivals. In Chillán, the Fiesta de la Longaniza 2026 is scheduled for August 21, 22, and 23 at the Plaza de Armas. The event will feature 281 exhibitors, including artisans, producers, and brewers, alongside musical performances by artists such as La Mosca and Fabiana Cantilo.

In the Lluta Valley, the 24th Festival del Choclo will take place from August 14 to 16. This festival offers free entry and focuses on corn-based gastronomy, including new items like corn ice cream. The musical lineup includes Stefan Kramer and Kumbia Fusión. The event aims to support local entrepreneurs and celebrate the identity of the valley.
