Chilean rock musicians discuss La Ley reunion and stage anecdotes
Former members of the influential Chilean rock band La Ley, including Beto Cuevas, Rodrigo “Coti” Aboitiz, Luciano Rojas, and Mauricio Clavería, are in discussions regarding a potential reunion. The musicians are evaluating a project that could involve a tour and live performances, with the Viña del Mar Festival 2027 being considered as a possible venue. While talks with festival promoters have occurred, no formal agreement has been signed.
Separately, Chilean musician Álvaro Henríquez recently shared anecdotes regarding his experiences as a guest performer. In an interview, he recalled instances of forgetting lyrics during major shows, including a performance in Mexico before 60,000 people and a moment with the group Quilapayún where a malfunctioning teleprompter left him unable to complete a song.
