The fourth edition of the Premio LED 2026 has recognized 30 educational leaders across Chile for their contributions to transforming school communities. Organized by Impulso Docente in collaboration with El Mercurio, Fundación MC, Grupo Educar, and Fundación Mustakis, the award selected winners from 1,243 nominations and 60 finalists representing all 16 regions of the country.

The awardees represent various educational levels, including preschool, scientific-humanist, and technical-professional institutions. Winners were selected across five categories: Convivencia e Inclusión, Articulación con el Medio, Aprendizajes Base y Resultados Académicos, Educación Inicial, and Innovación Educativa y Competencias para el Siglo XXI.

Notable regional winners include leaders from La Araucanía, Magallanes, and Calama. The official award ceremony is scheduled to take place on October 27 in Santiago, where the winners will join the Red de Líderes LED.
