Chilean students engage in historical tours and leadership workshops

Students from Colegio El Salvador participated in an educational tour through Santiago to study 20th-century social, political, and cultural transformations. The itinerary included a lecture on the Cold War at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a visit to the National Aeronautical and Space Museum. The group also visited the University of Chile to study the history of the 1950s and 1960s and viewed art exhibitions dedicated to Gabriela Mistral and the 'Rostros de Chile' collection. The tour concluded at the National Stadium Park to reflect on the site's historical significance.

In a separate educational initiative, the Maule Costa Local Public Education Service (SLEP) organized the Second Territorial Meeting of High School Student Centers. The event aimed to foster leadership and collaboration among student representatives from various communes. Led by professionals from the University of Talca and the National Youth Institute (INJUV), the meeting included workshops on personal skills and school governance to strengthen public education networks.
