Chili Verde Mexican Grill in Loveland to merge with food truck

Chili Verde Mexican Grill, located at 116 South Lincoln in downtown Loveland, Colorado, is undergoing a transition rather than a permanent closure. Following an ownership change in 2026, the restaurant is reportedly teaming up with the Buzz Kill Mobile Food Truck.

The new arrangement will involve merging the menus of both establishments. While it remains uncertain if the restaurant will retain its original name upon reopening, the move follows a period of uncertainty for the location, which has seen several different operators since 2007.
