Chilliwack Chiefs host Coquitlam Express for season opener

The Chilliwack Chiefs will begin their 2026-27 BCHL regular season this Saturday, September 19, at the Chilliwack Coliseum. The home opener features a matchup against the Coquitlam Express, serving as a rematch of last season’s first-round playoff series where the Chiefs won in five games.

The roster includes returning players David Di Girolamo, Brandon Osborne, Luke Pilkington, Markuss Sieradzkis, and Milan Mrsic, alongside new addition and local player Koltin Herfst. The event, presented by CUPE Local 458, will include various entertainment activities and performances.

Following the home opener, the Chiefs are scheduled to play the Eagles at the South Surrey Arena on Sunday, September 20.
