Chilliwack Cultural Centre hosts Fraser Valley Bands of the Valley concert

Three Fraser Valley bands—The Bobby’s, Retrofit and Big Deal—are set to perform at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre on July 11. The event, called Bands of the Valley, will take place in the Rotary Hall Studio Theatre at 7 p.m. and tickets cost $30.

The concert will feature free sushi samples, a floating bar, raffle prizes and a dance floor. Organiser Deon Gallant said the show aims to showcase local talent, describing Retrofit as a psychedelic folk‑rock group, Big Deal as a power‑pop/alternative band and The Bobby’s as a high‑energy punk act.
