Russia identifies India and China as key partners for Northern Sea Route
Russian President Vladimir Putin has identified India and China as key partners showing growing interest in the Northern Sea Route (NSR). He stated that any attempt by European nations to seize Russian ships would be considered piracy and would trigger a response that is not limited to the immediate maritime areas where such seizures occur.
