China advances industrial AI and high-tech manufacturing ecosystems

Industrial sectors in China are undergoing a transition toward automated AI production and high-tech manufacturing. In Jinan, Inspur Group has established an artificial intelligence factory designed to move large model development from a manual, small-scale process to a standardized industrial pipeline. Using its Haoruo large model as a core, the facility utilizes 75 processes and 180 tools to mass-produce industry-specific models and intelligent agents. This system has reportedly reduced delivery times for industry models from 90 days to an average of 20 days, representing a 75% increase in production efficiency.

Simultaneously, the Wuqing District in Tianjin is developing a diverse high-tech ecosystem focused on new quality productive forces. Key growth areas include a rapidly expanding robotics industry, synthetic biology, and smart connected new energy vehicles. The region is also positioning itself as a critical node in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei computing power corridor, hosting a domestic controllable 'ten-thousand-card' intelligent computing resource pool to support large model R&D and data applications.
