China advances modernization through step-by-step development

The Communist Party of China (CPC) is advancing Chinese modernization through a process described as “step-by-step progression,” a development pattern rooted in historical materialism. The party also functions as a “learning-oriented party,” utilizing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as a guiding framework to ensure theoretical development keeps pace with practical social changes.
