Chinese Ambassador to Ankara, Jiang Xuebin, visited Batman to discuss expanding cooperation in food, tourism, industry, technology, and education. Accompanied by AK Party Batman Deputy Ferhat Nasıroğlu, the Ambassador toured the Necat Nasıroğlu Complex and the Batman Science and Innovation Center.

Nasıroğlu outlined three primary pillars for collaboration: joint investments and exports in the food sector, promoting Batman as a destination for Chinese tourists, and advancing industrial and technological growth through organized industrial zones. To facilitate these goals, a Chinese business delegation is scheduled to visit Batman in March or April, following upcoming reciprocal visits.

Ambassador Jiang expressed readiness to develop concrete cooperation and indicated interest in reviewing the local organized industrial zone.
