China Eastern Airlines partners with Nestlé and Starbucks

China Eastern Airlines has announced a collaboration with Nestlé and Starbucks to enhance the in-flight coffee experience. Under this partnership, Starbucks-licensed Arabica coffee will be served to passengers in first and business class cabins.

This initiative is part of the Global Coffee Alliance established by Starbucks and Nestlé in 2018. While China Eastern and Nestlé have maintained a 16-year partnership, this marks the first time Starbucks coffee will be integrated into the airline's aviation channels in China. The service follows similar implementations of Starbucks-licensed coffee in high-speed rail services in regions such as Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang.
