China Eastern Airlines unveils new service solutions in Shanghai

At the North Bund International Aviation Forum 2026 in Shanghai, China Eastern Airlines (CEAir) introduced two major integrated service solutions designed to enhance the aviation ecosystem.

The first solution, ‘Eastern Ease-Journey’, is an integrated system aimed at simplifying passenger and freight services. It focuses on multimodal transportation by linking air travel with rail, road, and water transport to provide seamless end-to-end services from check-in to arrival.

The second initiative, the ‘Aviation+’ strategy, seeks to expand the aviation ecosystem through cross-industry collaboration. This network currently includes 130 partners spanning sectors such as tourism, healthcare, artificial intelligence, culture, and sports.
