China reports economic growth in manufacturing and services

Official data from January to July indicates that China's key economic indicators, including manufacturing, the service industry, and foreign trade, have achieved growth. This continuous improvement in economic activity is seen by analysts as a sign of high sustainability that may provide a stimulus for the global economy.

Despite geopolitical conflicts and energy market fluctuations, China's industrial value-added increased by 5.3 percent compared to the previous year during the first seven months. Additionally, total retail sales of consumer goods and services rose by 2.6 percent.

Experts, including Wang Xiaosong from Renmin University, attribute this stability to active macroeconomic policies and deepened reforms. The growth is further supported by the development of new industries such as artificial intelligence and green, low-carbon sectors, alongside the transformation of the manufacturing industry into higher-value segments.
