China Southern offers discounted Vancouver to Southeast Asia flights

China Southern Airlines is offering discounted one-way fares from Vancouver to several destinations in Southeast Asia for travel in January 2027. Available routes include Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Bangkok, with prices starting as low as €226.

The transpacific flights from Vancouver to Guangzhou are operated using Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, which feature a 9-abreast (3-3-3) economy class configuration. Connecting flights within Asia are serviced by narrowbody aircraft, such as the Airbus A320 family.

These fares include checked baggage. Travelers should note that specific entry requirements apply, such as visa-free entry for certain European citizens to Vietnam for up to 45 days, while US and Canadian citizens may require an eVisa for Vietnam.
