China wins gold in table tennis and Honor of Kings at Asian Games

At the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games, the Chinese national team secured gold medals in both table tennis mixed doubles and the Honor of Kings esports event.

In table tennis, the duo of Lin Shidong and Kuai Man won the mixed doubles gold medal by defeating defending champions Wang Chuqin and Sun Yingsha with a 4-0 scoreline. This victory marks the third consecutive Asian Games title for China in this category. The Chinese pair secured both the gold and silver spots in the final.

In the Honor of Kings esports competition, the Chinese team claimed gold after a 4-0 victory over Malaysia. This win allows player Xu Bicheng (Yinuo) to become the first and only athlete in the league to hold two Asian Games gold medals in this specific title, having previously won at the Hangzhou Asian Games.
