ChinaJoy 2026 gaming expo launches in Shanghai
The 23rd ChinaJoy international digital entertainment exhibition will run from July 31 to August 3, 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). The event, the largest gaming showcase in China, expects around 900 exhibiting companies and more than 1,000 game titles.
Japanese game‑media firm SQOOL Co., Ltd. (Tokyo) is participating as an official media partner, planning on‑site reporting throughout the expo. Meanwhile, Chinese e‑commerce giant JD.com Inc. will operate a large exhibition zone featuring Snapdragon‑powered smartphones, tablets, laptops and AI devices, as well as 3D‑printing and other interactive experiences. The JD.com showcase highlights new products such as the Honor Robot Phone, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, Xiaomi Note 17, Vivo X300e and a range of AI wearables, all under the theme “Playing with AI”. Celebrity guests, including singer Gem and popular coser “Rabbit”, are scheduled for live performances and fan interactions during the event.
