Chindia Târgoviște coach Leo Grozavu considers departure after Cup loss

Chindia Târgoviște recently faced FC Voluntari in the Romanian Cup, resulting in a 0-1 defeat. Following the match, head coach Leo Grozavu expressed frustration regarding the squad's composition, noting a lack of experienced players and suggesting he might leave the club if new signings are not secured.

Chindia President Florin Gardoș addressed the situation, stating that he has discussed the matter with Grozavu. Gardoș emphasized that the club is working to bring in more players while adhering to budget constraints. He noted that while the squad may not be fully prepared to compete simultaneously in both the league and the Cup, the primary objective remains promotion. Gardoș indicated that the club does not intend to let the coach depart so soon after his signing.
