Chinese Ambassador visits Guelmim-Oued Noun to explore regional partnerships

Yu Jinsong, the Chinese Ambassador to Morocco, conducted a diplomatic visit to the Guelmim-Oued Noun region to explore new opportunities for economic and social partnership. The visit aimed to assess the region's development potential and strengthen bilateral cooperation between China and Morocco at a regional level.

During the visit, the Ambassador met with regional officials, including Wali Mohamed Najem Abhai and the President of the Regional Council, Mubarka Bouaida. Discussions focused on identifying collaborative projects in sectors such as investment, economic development, tourism, and cultural exchange. The mission highlights an effort to use regional diplomacy to expand the scope of China-Morocco relations through local institutional and territorial cooperation.
