Chinese Automakers Launch New SUV, Compact and Minivan Models in Spain

Several Chinese automotive brands have introduced new models to the Spanish market in July. Evo, an Italian‑owned marque, added the Spazio, its first seven‑seat minivan in Spain, based on the Chinese Forthing Yacht. The Spazio measures 4.85 m long, 1.90 m wide and 1.71 m high, offers a 2+2+3 seating layout, a panoramic roof and a dual‑screen 12‑inch dashboard. It is powered by a 1.5 L turbo gasoline engine (176 hp) or a GLP‑compatible version (167 hp) paired with a 7‑speed DCT, priced from €30,400 to €33,400. Xpeng also debuted its latest L03 sedan simultaneously in 64 markets, including Spain, signalling its global expansion. These launches expand the presence of Chinese‑origin vehicles in the country, adding to the SUV‑focused lineup that has dominated recent imports.
