Chiranjeevi prepares for upcoming film releases Kaaka and Vishwambhara

Telugu cinema veteran Chiranjeevi is preparing for upcoming major releases, including the film ‘Kaaka’ and the socio-fantasy project ‘Vishwambhara’.

KVN Productions has unveiled the title and first look for ‘Kaaka’, directed by Bobby Kolli. The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on January 13, 2027, as a Sankranthi release. The teaser glimpse introduces Chiranjeevi as K Satyam, a supervisor at Ammaji Aqua Industries, whose routine life takes a dramatic turn when guns are discovered underwater. The glimpse also showcases a dual avatar, transitioning from an understated middle-aged character to a more intense, stylized version of the actor.

Additionally, Chiranjeevi is set to star in ‘Vishwambhara’, a large-scale socio-fantasy film directed by Vasishtha. The project aims to leverage extensive visual effects and mythological themes to create a spectacle. A promotional poster for the film depicts the actor in a fierce persona wielding a metallic trident, marking a departure from his recent conventional mass entertainers.
