Chivas discusses contract extension for manager Gabriel Milito

Chivas management and the representatives of manager Gabriel Milito have reportedly entered discussions regarding a contract extension. While Milito previously stated that it was not the right time to discuss his future, reports indicate that a final decision may be reached following the conclusion of the Apertura 2026 tournament.

Under Milito's leadership, the club has returned to title contention in Liga MX. Although official salary figures are not public, unofficial reports suggest Milito earns approximately 1.8 million dollars annually, making him one of the highest-paid managers in the league.
