Chivilcoy entrepreneur opens new commercial space

Local entrepreneur and municipal employee Nilda Ortiz has opened a new commercial space in Chivilcoy, Argentina. Moving from the Feria Bio, Ortiz now operates a dedicated location at Avenida Avellaneda 180.

The new establishment serves as a collaborative hub, sharing space with a tattoo studio and a nail salon. Ortiz specializes in artisanal products, including soy wax candles, diffusers, souvenirs, and home decor items.

Chivilcoy Mayor Guillermo Britos visited the site to congratulate Ortiz, noting that the municipal goal is to support entrepreneurs as they transition from small projects and local fairs to owning their own physical storefronts. Ortiz credited municipal training programs, specifically in marketing, for helping her strengthen her business presence.
