Singer and actress Chloe Bailey has responded directly to online trolls following a TikTok video posted during her vacation in Saint Lucia. The video, which featured Bailey swimming without makeup and wearing Fulani beaded braids, drew negative comments regarding her physical appearance and facial angles.

Rather than ignoring the criticism, Bailey engaged with the commenters by making disparaging remarks about their own appearances. She later addressed her 4.9 million followers, stating that she had dozens of such interactions and that many users deleted their comments once she began responding in kind. Bailey described the experience as it being ‘nice to bully back’.
