Cho Gue-sung leads FC Midtjylland to Conference League group stage

South Korean striker Cho Gue-sung helped FC Midtjylland secure a place in the UEFA Conference League group stage. In the second leg of the playoff against HNK Rijeka in Croatia, Midtjylland secured a 4-1 victory, winning 6-1 on aggregate.

Cho, who entered the match as a substitute in the 57th minute, scored the final goal of the game in the 88th minute with a header following a corner kick. This marked his second consecutive scoring appearance, having also scored in the first leg. This performance ends a five-month scoring drought for the attacker.
