Chocolate festivals announced for Belas and Salvador

Various chocolate-themed events are scheduled in Portugal and Brazil. In Belas, Sintra, the first edition of the Chocolate Fair will take place from October 2 to 5 at Jardim do Casal da Barota. The four-day event features music, dance, and family activities, including performances by Ricardo e Micaela, Tributo Popular, and the “Kizomba na Rua” show.

In Salvador, Brazil, entrepreneur Marco Lessa has announced that the Salon du Chocolat will hold its first complete edition in the country from December 10 to 13, 2026. The event aims to discuss global cocoa trends and will feature a business fair, cooking shows with renowned chefs such as Guillaume Gomez, chocolate sculptures, and fashion shows using cocoa-based materials.
