Choi Siwon stops tourist from smoking at Gyeongbokgung Palace

Choi Siwon, a member of the group Super Junior and an actor, intervened when he observed a foreign tourist smoking at Gyeongbokgung Palace in Seoul. The incident occurred during a tour of the historical site, which Choi was filming for his YouTube channel alongside volunteer palace guide Yang In Eok.

According to video footage, Choi approached the individual and politely requested they stop smoking by saying, “Excuse me, please.” The tourist complied immediately, and Choi concluded the interaction by saying, “Thank you.”

The event has drawn public attention due to Choi’s direct and polite handling of the situation while exploring the cultural heritage of the royal palace.
