Choice Hotels appoints Dominic Dragisich as president and CEO

Choice Hotels International has appointed Dominic Dragisich as president and CEO, effective August 31. Dragisich has served as the company’s interim CEO since May 20, following the departure of former CEO Patrick Pacious.

Dragisich has been with Choice Hotels for nearly a decade, having held several leadership roles including chief financial officer and chief growth and strategy officer. He was selected following a comprehensive search involving both internal and external candidates. Stewart Bainum Jr., chairman of the board, stated that Dragisich has advanced strategic priorities and fostered a performance-driven culture during his interim tenure.

Prior to his long tenure at Choice Hotels, Dragisich held senior operational and finance positions at Marriott International.
