Chompie the cat reunited with family after visiting English hospice

Chompie, a cat that had been missing from his home since June, has been reunited with his owners after repeatedly visiting the Bolton Hospice in England.

Staff at the hospice noted the cat’s persistent behavior, as he would appear at the doors, meow through windows, and find ways to sneak inside the building. On one occasion, staff believed he had left, only to find him sleeping peacefully in the family lounge.

An hospice nurse eventually identified the cat and used social media to track down his owners, successfully ending his months-long absence.
